Information you give us
When you use our contact form, we receive the details you type into it, such as your name, email address, subject and message. We use them only to read and answer your message. If comments are open on a page and you leave one, we receive the details in the comment form, plus your IP address and browser user agent, which help with spam control.

Like most websites, our web host records technical information about each request, such as your IP address, browser, device type and the pages requested. We use this information to keep the site working and secure.
Cookies
WordPress may set cookies that the site needs to work, for example if you log in or choose to save your details when commenting. We do not set advertising cookies ourselves. Third-party sites that you reach through our links, and any embedded content, may set their own cookies.
Affiliate links and other websites
AutoAddictive is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program. Some links on the site are affiliate links, so if you click one and buy something, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Once you leave our site, the privacy policy of the other website applies, and we do not control how it handles your data.
Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that run the site, such as our web host, or where the law requires it.
How long we keep information
We keep contact messages for as long as we need to answer them and keep a record of the conversation, normally no longer than 12 months. Server logs are kept by the web host for a limited time under its own policy.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, or to object to how we use it. To make a request, use the contact page.
